If it were to be done, I'd support the removal of the increase ships PG/CPU fitting skills. They're short but also so mandatory they're pointless. Ships should just have the grid and CPU.

their ISK/EHP is fairly in line with other T2. I could see a slight cost increase but tbh the market can handle that; if they are overpopular costs will rise. If anything id say bring the EAF build costs down.
